IL PIANO TERRA
Al piano terreno si accede direttamente dal giardino e da tutti i lati della Villa; all'ingresso una grande taverna attrezzata con piccola area pranzo, un bar in muratura e legno e un camino. Nel locale attiguo una piscina riscaldata di 30 mq con spogliatoio e doccia. Nella sala sul retro un biliardo a 9 buche. Un bagno di servizio completa le dotazioni di questo piano.
THE GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor can be accessed directly from the garden and from all sides of the villa; at the entrance there is a large tavern fitted out with a small dining area, a bar made of bricks and wood and a fireplace. The adjacent room hosts a 30 sq m heated swimming pool with changing room and shower. In the back room there is a 9-hole billiard table. A bathroom completes the facilities on this floor.
The external staircase leads directly to the large living room with a dining area and large living area dominated by a magnificent wooden coffered ceiling and the gallery of the bedroom floor. The original nailed-parquet floor and a fireplace with an old carved stone frame enhance the exclusive look of this floor.
A guest bathroom and a cloakroom are located close to the dining area. The floor is completed by a large kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom.

La scala prosegue all'ultimo piano dello chalet, costituito da un'ampia mansarda di grande atmosfera montana. Ideale per i ragazzi.
